William J. Casey - President and COO
A recognized and published industry thought-leader with more than 40 years experience, overseeing complete P&L responsibility for its growth and performance. He is also a member of parent Paragon Technologies Inc’s, (AMEX, PTG) Executive Management team. His resume includes manufacturing, supply chain management, international business, joint venture partnerships and technology licensing. Throughout his career, Casey has led business development efforts and served numerous Fortune 500 companies, U.S. Government agencies as well as mid-range manufacturing and distribution companies.  A member of the Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association (CEMA) for 24 years, he acted as president in 2003, has chaired numerous committees and is currently on the organization’s  Board of Directors. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Commerce from Rider University.

Robert S. Leidy, Vice President - Production & Assembly
An industry expert with more than 25 years of experience, Bob is responsible for the sales and applications engineering groups on the pre-sales side of the business. In addition he oversees the post sales project performance of all incoming SI orders, as well as any development or cost reduction initiatives. Leidy also heads up project management and installation supervision, mechanical and electrical engineering, and aftermarket parts and service. Bob has been with the Company since 1990. Prior to joining SI, Leidy spent time as a Field Superintendent with SPS Technologies overseeing the controls, field wiring, and commissioning aspects of AS/RS systems; and working as Manager of a Controls firm which designed, manufactured, and commissioned conveyor controls to companies such as Rapistan and Hytrol.

Jeffrey S. Hyndshaw, Executive Account Manager
Jeff Hyndshaw is currently an Executive Account Manger of SI. His responsibilities include specific geographic locations as well as the automotive industry. A graduate of Business Management (BSM) from Point Park College, Hyndshaw has over 28 years of experience with SI ranging from engineering to field sales.  He has been intimately involved in numerous major projects over the years focusing on towline assembly systems for customers such as Harley-Davidson, Case-New Holland, Oshkosh Truck, Honda Motors and Polaris Industries. In addition to towline assembly systems, Jeff has a great deal of experience in CARTRAC-based assembly systems for the automotive and truck markets for General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Daimler-Chrysler and PACCAR.

Craig Sleep, Executive Account Manager
Responsible for specific geographical locations, as well as SI’s national and government sales, Sleep has more than 27 years of SI capabilities expertise in the areas of research and development, engineering, new product development, engineering management and pre-sales applications engineering.
A graduate of Mechanical Engineer (BSME) from Lafayette College, today Sleep holds five U.S. Patents (assigned to SI).
His projects focus on towline-based assembly and benefit such companies as Harley-Davidson, Cummins Engine, Club Car, Case New Holland, John Deere, E-Z-GO, and others.
In addition to assembly systems, Sleep has a played a key role in proposing towlines that serve the distribution market segment for companies such as Canadian Tire, United States Defense Logistics Agency, Sears, United States Postal Service, Johns Hopkins Hospital and others.

Jim English, Senior Applications Engineer
Leading the SI Production and Assembly Systems applications engineering department, with more than 20 years of industry experience, Jim English is responsible for the technical content, estimating and sales support related to both prospect and customer meetings and presentations.
Working his way through the ranks, English has gained valuable experience ranging from pre-sales engineering and component design to project engineering and project management.  Throughout his career, he has led various internal cost reduction and design efforts, as well as providing critical engineered material handling solutions to numerous manufacturing and distribution facilities.
In addition to his materials handling experience, English has extensive experience in the steel industry.
