CARTRAC®: RoboDrive® Conveyor System

ROBODRIVE^® heavy-duty transfer is the workhorse of the CARTRAC^® conveyor family. With a weight range of up to 35,000 pounds, index speeds of 300FPM and positioning accuracy of +/- .005 inches RoboDrive has found its place in heavy assembly industry as an Indexing Conveyor. It is particularly adapt for both manual and robotic interface and is used in over 300 automotive assembly applications.

RoboDrive is ideally suited as a transfer system moving product between work cells at very high index speeds thus reducing unproductive travel time and maximizing productivity.

RoboDrive has the same simple design, long life and low maintenance features as the other CARTRAC^® products. Though strong enough for most assembly and foundry facilities it features gentle acceleration and deceleration in both on-floor or overhead mounted configurations.
