LO-TOW®: Conveyor Technology Overview

LO-TOW® towline in-floor conveyors operate on a simple concept: Carriers of any size or design are pulled by an in-floor chain encased in a shallow tow track and transported to various destinations along the path. Non-synchronous operations mean carriers can move at independent speeds, and with the use of loops and spurs, more effective carrier and product movement and delivery is achieved.LO-TOW Conveyor Technology Overview

All this means that SI LO-TOW® towline conveyors deliver superior technology combined with long-term economic value. For organizations needing longer station access, manual assembly, four-sided access and the ability to raise and lower the unit, LO-TOW® is the solution.

Long-lived and less expensive to maintain, a towline application delivers greater functionality and performance than "Automated Guided Vehicle Systems" (AGVS), "Power And Free Conveyors" particularly in assembly system applications.
