SI SYSTEMS PRODUCTION & ASSEMBLY BRAND ANNOUNCES AN ENTERED AGREEMENT WITH OCS INTELLITRAK, INC.

EASTON, PA — December 9, 2005 -- -- SI SYSTEMS Production and Assembly brand has entered into an agreement with OCS INTELLITRAK, Inc. of Cincinnati, OH to market its line of overhead conveyor systems. SI, a turnkey systems supplier, will provide the value added services of systems engineering, controls, installation and aftermarket support while INTELLITRAK will manufacture the conveyor equipment.

The overhead conveyor systems utilize a spinning tube propulsion concept. The propulsion system allows for the transporting of products in a clean, quite and safe manner. These modular systems are simple to install, easy to maintain and have applications in manufacturing, assembly, finishing and distribution applications up to 1,000 lbs loads.
