SI Conveyor Systems provides the Finishing Touch
SI LO-TOW® towline and INTELLITRAK™ overhead conveyor systems can be configured in a continuous single loop or in numerous smaller loops where a particular process can be completed before the towline cart or INTELLITRAK carrier is transferred to one of the other loops within the system. SI finishing systems organize the work flow through a facility by directly linking operations to one another. Operations such as machining through production procedures to storage and shipping of finished products.
Carts/carriers can be diverted into spur lines to facilitate extended manual operations or to serve as work in process queuing.
These finishing systems are designed with capabilities that allow towline carts or INTELLITRAK carriers to interface with related equipment and processes where workers can not, because of extreme temperatures or environmental conditions. These may include interfacing with ovens, spraying or dipping operations, specialty machinery, heat treatment areas, and more.
SI finishing systems incorporate all of the controls necessary to make them addressable and are able to automatically travel to a particular finishing application within a system and then move on to the next process automatically, providing significant labor cost reductions and a more efficient production process.

INTELLITRAK Handles Heat
Moving product through the various stages and processes of a finishing system is possible without transferring product from one line to another. The INTELLITRAK overhead conveyor System can go through ovens up to 450° Fahrenheit with our unique INTELLITRAK Temperature Regulator System. This system keeps the temperature of the INTELLITRAK conveyor at or below 200° Fahrenheit, even if the process temperature in the oven is as high as 450° Fahrenheit.
